Sometimes you can see something dead in the water right away. I said that about the Wyatt Sicks. People disagreed with me and look at how they were used in the end. I gave them time though. Saints could be dead in the water as well. I just didn't feel like enough time passed to make that call.

Penta got a super push off the bat. From his entrance with all the pyro (they've scaled it back a bit) to his performance in the Rumble. As for Jade, they made her presence big and known despite not doing much with her for a nearly 9 months. They felt like top contenders from the gate.

I'd say give at a minimum 3 months on the main roster for his gimmick to flourish. If it's still in the same play or regressed, then the argument for a gimmick swap would be needed. Btw, he wrestled tonight against Fenix.

Fall 2024 they dropped Tegan Nox, Indi Hartwell and Baron Corbin. Fall 2023 they dropped Dolph Ziggler, Shelton Benjamin, Mustafa Ali, Matt Riddle and Elias just to name a few. Fall 2021 they dropped Keith Lee, Karrion Kross, Nia Jax & John Morrison just to name a few.

His gimmick isn't a problem. You have an issue with it. That's a you problem. The problem is he's a new guy on a stacked roster. He hasn't been given much of an opportunity to stand out from already established talent. Could he get over with a new gimmick? Sure. It could also hurt him.

He's only been on the main roster since May so yes. To directly answer your other question, yes. It was foolish for NXT fans to chant "Tony Fumbled". I do understand why they chanted it however. He doesn't have to win titles for that chant to occur. He just has to be used better in WWE than AEW.

I never said or implied that Everytime cuts happened, that a main roster talent automatically goes. I agreed that the biggest cut is after Mania. Anyone can go, not just main roster. After that, anyone can also go within the year.

There's a lot of talent that aren't being used in both AEW and WWE. They eventually get used once creative has something for them. When creative has nothing, they stop being used for a bit. For example, Iyo hasn't really done much since SummerSlam. Does that mean WWE will fire her?
