Consider taking your pain-in-the-ass dog to training classes. It's a growing together experience. It builds trust and a way of communicating with the other. Girl Scout who was my outta control lab. We grew incredibly close and had a strong bond.

I was fortunate to adopt Shelby, who had grown up living in a foster home with her cat mom and siblings. There is a difference between a feral kitten and a home-raised kitten. At my age, I can only take care of Shelby. I promise to donate to adoption facilities that support foster cat families.

Girl Scout was a wonderful friend. I’ve had so many devastating losses in the past couple of years. My husband passed suddenly. Then, I adopted Buddy the Cat. He passed away suddenly last December. He was only two years old. New kitty girl on the way. 🤞

I got so close to my mom the last five years of my life. Her loss was devastating to me. My husband bought me a lab. Her name was Girl Scout. I was much younger, but that rowdy girl helped me through it all.
