You know how it's #Salesforce - one word, lower case f? It's the same for #Agentforce - one word, lowercase f. It's not AgentForce, and it's not Agent Force. I'm not on the Salesforce branding team but the inconsistency of the way people are writing it is making my eye twitch. 🤨

Went last night to see the 10-year anniversary re-release of Interstellar in IMAX - greatest movie experience of my life.

I had to watch a second courtroom drama yesterday to offset the half star for Juror #2 on my @letterboxd.social journal. I am really enjoying my recent foray into Billy Wilder movies.

Screenshot of Letterbox journal entries with Juror #2 getting a half star and Witness for the Prosecution getting 4 stars.

If we're going to be doing #Agentforce we need to be clear in how we talk about "agents." Service Cloud documentation now references both types of agents - human and AI - without qualification. Working on projects involving both types - we need to enforce putting the qualifier in front of the word.

I’m not saying this happened to me or not but … if your pie crusts don’t come out perfect just call them rustic and move on. Life is all about how you frame things. Happy Thanksgiving everyone! 🦃

I'm lucky to get a yearly tech stipend. I have $54 left in my stipend for 2024 - what should I get? Looking to spend your stipend or just grab some office tech/office accessories? Just got a Max Stand a month ago and it's been great.

Might still be a little early for this but maybe starting next week? 🤷‍♀️ No harm in practicing now..."Nicely done framing up that potential opportunity. We can reassess after the holidays."

Sad to say that Gladiator II was a disappointment. 😢 The original Gladiator is one of my favorite movies. They tried too hard to follow the same formula (the beginning of the movie is almost play-for-play) and once the sharks showed up in the Colosseum that was the last straw. 🦈

I'll talk movies all day long. Would love to know what people are watching and their opinions. My Sunday evening recommendation for a simple & endearing movie, with a touch of deepness, is About Time letterboxd.com/film/about-t... Rewatched it yesterday and remembered why I liked it so much.

Things I can talk about besides #salesforce ... movies! Who has a @letterboxd.social profile? What are your top 4? I'm going to see Gladiator II this weekend and I have my IMAX 70mm tickets for Interstellar in December. 📽️ 🍿

Great session on #Salesforce #Agentforce Implementation Readiness last week in Chicago. Learning Agentforce requires layers and exposure - you aren't going to understand everything all at once. I recommend that you take advantage of any hands-on training and webinars on top of any #Trailhead modules

@nytimes.com crossword - why you gotta do this to me? Apparently, when it is a rebus puzzle they don't tell you - you just scratch your head and can't figure out why there aren't enough spaces. Then you find an article that says hey dummy R = RAY today. TIL.

Reminder: #Salesforce #TDX25 CFP ends Fri 5pm PT 🕔 @tristanlombard.bsky.social shares some great advice below. Please tell YOUR story, YOUR experience - all levels needed! I don't want to go to sessions where the speaker has not implemented the solution & just rehashes other trendy source content.

Greetings & salutations fellow Blueskyers! Happy to see the #Salesforce & #TrailblazerCommunity reassemble over here. I'm here to cheer on accomplishments, offer advice, opinions & thoughts, ask questions and, yes, talk about #Agentforce - sorry it's my life right now.
