I feel like a lot of comic artists will just draw the person talking, the room they’re in, what the’yre doing, the general mood of the character, without thinking too much about anything else but even if you were filming a movie things like staging and emotion would be important for engagement

Really glad the Ocarina of Time remake hasn't revamped the entire soundtrack to be overly orchestrated and has instead kept the songs with the same timing but swapped out the midi for samples and a delicate addition of extra instruments and sounds Really ties it all together nicely

Kids need/deserve traumatic films. Films that show death or lasting consequences that aren't resolved almost instantly. Fear, anger, grief and frustration should be part of kids movies. Kids arent stupid, they feel big emotions just like adults, they deserve to see those experiences reflected back.

The hardest part of making a webcomic is the writing It's a series of problem solving and presentation that acts as the frame work for the art, so if your scaffolding is bad, your entire architecture is going to crumble My advice is make sure the writing is good before touching the art
