janee @itsjustjanee.bsky.social · 07/02/2024spoke with my therapist saturday and she was very happy to know i’ve come a long way with emotional regulation but when i asked for coping with adhd she said i should meet with my psych regarding getting my adhd meds back. :,) that there’s only so much “coping” can do with lack of chemicals. 020
