Thanks! I'll need it. The hosts here have been working with me amazingly while keeping to the books. The current stay came to ~$204, and an intermittent $60 will be for the couch at night for a few days before I can properly book another stay in a room again.

Additionally, I booked a different room within the Airbnb. MA bumps for stay extension coverage is likely to change since this was a bit more extensive than the previous room I had. At least it's next to the bathroom so I can imagine cosplaying my best (worst?) Peter B. Parker shower moping.

Update: It's with simmering customer service rage that I've learned the most recent "realtor" was a scammer. However, what's been raised has not been stolen. The search continues smh, and still will be put towards finding a place, maintaining a safe roof overhead, and noted necessities.
