Oh yey, here are some characters that inspired me when creating my MW OC Lucy, both in appearance and personality #Mouthwashing #OC #mouthwashingoc

Her last thoughts are of how she wishes she'd told Curly how she felt sooner, that she's gotten over her own fears and worries and confessed. She silently begs Curly not to take away her sun, and calls his name into empty space before she finally dies.

She crumbles to the floor and spends the last few moments of consciousness bleeding out, struggling to pull her body towards Jimmy as he descends into the medbay towards the immobile Curly.

She doesn't make a move, and neither does he, both too wrapped up in their thoughts and doubts and problems to take a leap of faith towards something that might actually be good for them.

Overtime she adjusts to feeling like this, liking how she feels seen and wanted with him and vice versa. But she strictly keeps it to herself. Especially when her and Curly start getting closer as friends and crewmates (maybe more), but never quite cross the line.

One minute she likes and respects the guy, then starts swooning, then feels like hating him... rinse repeat. Lucy goes through the five stages of grief at once, trying to process these unfamiliar emotions of lust, love, and utter panic over the former feelings.

It isn't until joining the Tulpar crew and meeting Curly for the first time that she starts to slowly... very slowly... fall in love for the first time. At first she found the guy to be cute, but annoyingly fake & perfect. Then as time went on her feelings bounced back & forth.

After getting clean, she ditched a lot of her old habits, the only one remaining being her blunt, satirical, & overall Horatian type personality. She also likes to flirt with her crewmates a lot. Not seriously. She's just an overfamiliar and coquettish type of person.

She grew up an army brat in a family that was as cold and neglectful as it got, leading to her feeling unwanted & falling into an unsavory lifestyle by the time she was in college. Her old habits were a way to escape her self loathing and lack of control over her life.

Despite her sexual deviancy & hypersexuality, she's very put off by the idea of romance and emotional love. Nothing against it, but given her lack of experience with actually feeling love & her family being incredibly unloving, she feels little to no romantic love at all.

She started work at Pony Express on a friend's recommendation after two years in rehab, & since she was studying computer engineering in college, she got a job doing just that. What started off as office work planetside turned into going on long hauls with Curly & co.

She used to be a huge party girl, doing drugs (not the hard stuff but still), drinking, & sleeping around a ton. She got clean eight years ago, following a nasty accident during a binge, & has become a different person from how she used to be in her youth.

She is a pretty chill gal, acting like the wise big sis type, nonchalantly giving advice through blunt remarks and anecdotes of her life.

Time to post my updated shiz for my Mouthwashing OC, Lucy. Her full name is Lucille Marie Blythe, but she goes by Lucy. 35 years old, 5'6, and she's the crew's computer engineer, specializing in fixing and maintaining the comm systems for the ship. #Mouthwashing #OC #mouthwashingoc
