I am 9 months post-op and I’m basically bed ridden again due to pain and sciatica down my left leg. I’ll be getting another lumbar MRI Monday morning. I feel like my recovery has been set back several months. Hoping it’s just a random flare up…wml 😔🙏💕

Definitely feel free to dm! Happy to share more about my own experience. I’ve made *a lot* of progress in my recovery but I still have a ways to go. I still have really tough days/weeks that leave me feeling discouraged but I also have stretches where I almost feel like myself pre-injury. 🙏

You have to have the whole path excavated otherwise you’ll get that error message that there are objects blocking the wires.

It is so hard capturing the right angles that demonstrate how you do this but basically you just excavate the path you want your line to follow, place your utility pole, then fill up the path with whatever blocks.

We had to say goodbye to our sweet Fox today. We were so extremely blessed to have him in our lives. He was so kind and gentle and loving towards everyone he met. We are feeling this loss deeply.. we love you forever and always.. our sweet Foxy boi.

I’m officially 3 weeks and 3 days post-op… only 2.5 months left until I can resume normal activities 🥺 I’ve been feeling so much better but I also need to make sure I remain vigilant about my mobility restrictions 👉👈 This stick grabber thing has been a game changer 🙌
