We’ve been unsure if the oven worked or not and I had ricotta cream that I needed to use up, so I tested the oven with a batch of ricotta cream biscuits (I modified Molly Baz’s sour cream and onion biscuit recipe which is THE biscuit recipe in my opinion). Lost some height with the ricotta; but yum!

Have you seen a temminck’s tragopan before? They remind me a lot of the Bulwer’s pheasant.
