Villa (h) with my bro @pavancfc.bsky.social one week today 💙

I back us to get all three points, Villa don’t scare me 😎

010

I do get the logic, it all really depends on what those teams around us do. Right now they’re poor and dropping points but surely that won’t continue. Deffo adds more security if we can start to pick up points in the big games, starting with Villa on Sunday 🤞

Agreed with the first part, wouldn’t go as far as to say it’s as definitive for getting top 4 though.

I’d feel a lot more sorry for Leicester fans if they’d spent the last 60 minutes with the correct number of players on the pitch.

010

I make it exactly three years to the day since Ben Chilwell’s knee went against Juventus. Never been the same and arguably the cause of the downfall that followed 😢

000

Is Sanchez unbelievably arrogant or just totally unaware of how poor his decision-making is under pressure

Hilarious that people didn’t think this would happen 🤣🤣

Not going cry about the lineup when we’re about to play 15th place in the league. Full faith in the manager and the players to get the job done 👌

I’d disagree with this as King could play one game a week and then no more, but was generally good for that. Reece comes back for a couple weeks and then is out for months on end 😢

If you’re upset and annoyed that Reece James has suffered yet another setback I promise you whatever pain you’re experience is not even 1% of how he feels.

I’m not. As soon as the number of users increases you’ll naturally get all the idiots on here unfortunately.

Kelleher situation an interesting one. Looks good, but sample size is tiny. Ultimately it’s going to require a club to take a gamble akin to Aston Villa when they signed Emi Martinez from Arsenal. We have too many keepers as it is, so that immediately rules us out of any such race.

130

To this day I don’t think I’ve been more excited for a signing than when we landed Michael Ballack in 2006.

080

It never ceases to amaze me. The idea that the child would be subjected to a different kind of upbringing from anyone else is scary and evil. Sadly, I don’t see anything changing people’s attitudes towards it as this point.

000

Exactly, same people would’ve been silent had he got a token assist. If he scores a penalty, he gets called a pen merchant. Bloke cannot win 😂

010

This narrative that Cole Palmer doesn’t turn up in big games is one of the strangest I’ve seen. He’s been average this season in a couple of the big games so naturally people have now written off every big game he had last season 😂

Slightly torturous that this international break ends from an England perspective 5 days before we’re due to play again. That being said, it’s nice to be excited at the thought of Chelsea playing again. Too many times in recent years the international break has been a nice break from the circus.

They’ve got some very good players so are well primed to fly up the table imo. If things don’t go to plan, Lamps is done as a manager for sure.

This is four pictures, mate
