Haven't shared any #WIPSnips in a minute (or written much for that matter), but we're so back. #WriteSky #WritingCommunity #WritingPrompts

I can't believe I actually had the word "sauce" in my draft. Well, "saucer", but close enough. #WIPSnips #amwriting #fantasy #writingcommunity

I'm not a #poet but I like #poetry. I've had the idea for this #poem stuck in my head for a long time, so I'm glad to have finally written it. ❤️📚 #writesky #amwriting #writingcommunity

Team → Crew → Mates. After a slice of humble pie, the gang's together. All that's left is to make a plan and get to work. #WIPSnips #amwritingfantasy #writingcommunity #writesky

The one thing Rodney Dangerfield and Rilian Etzler have in common is that they get no respect. ❤️📚🧙‍♂️⚔️ #amwritingfantasy #WIPSnips #writingcommunity #booksky

How it feels opening my draft document when I've got 500mg of caffeine in my blood, plenty of time, and a solid vision of how to progress the plot. ❤️📚🧙‍♂️⚔️ #amwritingfantasy #writingcommunity #booksky #writesky

Another #WIPSnips from Bladesworn (Just hit 35k words woo!). The port town of Eventide isn't exactly what our intrepid hero was expecting. But what can you do? Alleys are like avenues, right? 💙📚🧙‍♂️⚔️ #amwriting #fantasy #writingcommunity #booksky

A lot of "wait" to choose from when I hit ctrl+f. Will probably have to cut some of that during edits lol. Also, don't let the em dash fool you, I just know the alt code. Bladesworn is all hecho a mano, no AI involvement whatsoever. 💙📚🧙‍♂️⚔️ #WIPSnips #amwriting #fantasy #writingcommunity #booksky

Back with another #WIPSnips from my #fantasy novel, Bladesworn. The stage is set, and the gang is ready to set out. 💙📚🧙‍♂️⚔️ #writingcommunity #amwriting #booksky

Took the weekend off from #writing to focus on deep cleaning the house and other drab adult things. Back at it today for day 7 with 1000 words down. Inching ever closer to finishing the first draft of Bladesworn. #amwriting #fantasy #writingcommunity #booksky

Another #WIPSnips from Bladesworn. I had to be a little creative with "junk", but I feel like "discard" is close enough. Uneasy alliances for an uneasy journey. 💙📚🧙‍♂️⚔️ #amwriting #fantasy #writingcommunity #booksky

Just hit my daily minimum for day 4 out of 99 day deadline. 860 words down, which puts me at just over 30k. Only 50k more to go. Here's a snip from today's work. Sometimes it's tough to get a drink in a crowded bar. #amwriting #fantasy #WIP #booksky

I did some quick math the other day to see how many days it would take me to finish my first draft if I put down 800 words per writing day. I gave myself a deadline to finish the draft in 99 days. I'm on day 3 and I just hit 1200 words. Feels good. 💙📚🧙‍♂️⚔️ #amwriting #booksky #fantasy #WIP

Warbreaker is the second book I’ve started in the #Cosmere after finishing #Mistborn about a year ago. I was a bit put off in the first chapter or two, but now I’m about 20% through and I can’t get enough. Forgive me, Brando Sando. I fear I’ve misjudged you. 💙⚔️🧙‍♂️ #booksky #reading #fantasy

Started The Haar by David Sodergren last night, and I'm hooked! Now, I've got three concurrent reads, which is an anomaly for me. Any other great #horrorlit recommendations? 🩸📚💙 #BookSky #horror #indieauthors

Another #WIPSnips from my fantasy project, Bladesworn. Our intrepid hero was a bit careless with his belongings, including an enchanted sword. #WriteSky #WritingCommunity #WritingPrompts #Fantasy

This #WIPSnips from my fantasy project has our hero in a dire predicament that leaves him questioning the sanctity of his oath. But I guess being stabbed and poisoned will do that. #WriteSky #WritingCommunity #WritingPrompts #FantasyBookSky
