i think they believe that because i try so hard to be open and vulnerable that means they know everything i've been through. my life didn't start at 18 years old. i just don't talk about my childhood because it hurts too much and nobody is ever curious enough to ask.

thinking about my childhood. there's so much shit that i never talk about. i wish the people i've known had been more curious about my upbringing.

literally every cool account on here (mostly art accounts) also has a twitter account. i'm not gonna give up on this site yet, but god does it get tempting sometimes.

PTSD symptoms have been really bad today. i think this Cornell stuff is getting under my skin pretty bad because of how it's making me think about my own experiences.

i hope that when the people i talk about here read about the case at Cornell, they realise they would at best be one of the 56 who knew and did nothing and would at worst be one of the 7 who participated.

you gotta realise at some point that a large part of the reason rape is so common is because very few people actually sees it as a bad thing. not just rapists themselves, not just men, but the average person.

feeling really paranoid today for some reason.

one thing i am proud of about myself is that whilst i am incredibly willing to forgive, i also won't ever abandon myself. i expect real accountability and change and if i don't see it, i act accordingly.
