You know, I think it did the story justice with one game, the first time. They should just do the Octopath Traveler route if they want to remake it. I personal cant stand what they did with FF7. But granted I think FF7 is overrated and overplayed. FF9 is my favorite.

Reporting back after play the demo, this might be the first adult game I actually buy. I love the art style, the humor, the writing, Marcine is incredibly endearing, and I'm very curious about the "World With No Name" and the car cash scene. Also the television bits are awesome. You hooked me.

I know there are some programs that allow to paint directly on the model without UV unwrapping. I believe you can do this in Substance painter or Zbrush. Blender has some tools for this too using triplanar projection you can fiddle with as well. And Blockbench allows direct model painting as well.
