okay maybe splatoon 2 should've been here

Rhythm Doctor another cool story blah blah blah but i feel like it also solidified my love for music and rhythm games and god i need to still act on it 😭 i blame rd for my constant finger tapping tho truely a wonderful game tho that i really love and its newer chapters were sososo good

Unbeatable newer game but its story is so pretty, its art style is really good and its just, made me remember what video games *can* be. its music is making me branch out my tastes a bit and some of the characters are a bit too relatable >w< big up d-cell

Pokemon Moon i had a lot of exposure to pokemon before my first game, but i would be lying if i said it didnt make me love pokemon more. it took me 2 years to beat bc i sucked, but i do really remember when i beat it i had to read the text for my brother bc he was too young 😭 i love gen 7 (no bias)

Super Mario Maker 3DS the amount i played this game while waiting for my siblings swimming lessons omggg seeing what people make in games is always cool and mario maker troll levels have been a big part of what i watch for 4 years now, smm was my first creative game and i loved it

Club Penguin this is really from a time i just don't remember, but from what i know i really did like club penguin. its world is so cool and i wish it was still here today, social games like that are needed more then ever. i still look at my club penguin magazines sometimes and yea idk

Honkai Star Rail yea okay it gave me a gambling addiction and sucked me in with live service bullshit BUT the first story was so beautiful and was the first time i'd felt something from a game story in a while, really making me look at games differently after and it made me realise i like women :P

Celeste prob obvious but its more then "it made me trans". celeste was my first 2d plat, and i have many memories of grinding true ending on switch. straw jam was so beautiful and seeing what people make always makes me happy, and the comm is amazing. not to mention im making friends bc of it :3

Minecraft absolute classic, but mc has been a big constant in my life. from pocket edition to xbox 360 with my siblings to still watching hermitcraft after 8 years and spending way too long on mcc island and survival worlds with my friends, mc is always there and always a joy to play <3

Geometry Dash this and minecraft and kinda the first 2 games i had - idk if i got an xbox 360 before or after a tablet but gd was huge for me. i've watched gd content for a whileee, made friends from seeing people playing and have put in so many hours. as a kid making bad levels really was the shit

my really goofy #my9games i did try hard to go beyond just what games i've liked but tbh there hasn't been 9 games that've been massively impactful on my life ima explain each game in 🧵 for the fun of it tho :3

Geometry Dash, Minecraft Java & Bedrock Edition, Celeste, Honkai Star Rail, Club Penguin, Super Mario Maker, Pokemon Moon, Unbeatable, Rhythm Doctor
