This feeling is familiarly uncomfortable. It reminds me of labor, and the inherent fear of the unknown that the experience was about to bring. Yes, I feel like I'm going into labor. So I'll hold to the memory of that fear, but also to the certainty that I have the strength to face whatever may come.

The reason we loved Good Omens in the first place is that it touched something deep inside: we’ve been the outsider, the unseen, the fallen... the wishful. I don't think there was a way to create a finale that would’ve pleased everyone. My deepest admiration goes to those who tried to give us one.

I’ve seen so many nasty comments that I’m happy I’ve kept quiet for two weeks. People vomiting venom right, left and centre. Accounts being shielded to public comments. Even real life threats! We shouldn’t allow an opinion to divide the Good Omens fandom. We should be kind to each other.

I’ve been in bed for the last two days, after finishing the spring term at school. Very busy term, both emotionally and pedagogically. The cold in itself is not that bad, but I feel my body forcing me to sleep and rest. ADHD is not quite helpful to find balance.

People… please… a prayer for people in Guadalajara, Mexico. A drug cartel have seized the city and everyone is being forced to stay at home. The cartel has threatened to kill anybody found on the streets! Im so happy to be out of that reality, but I’m worried about the family I left behind.

January 2024. My youngest son was sobbing in front of of the TV*. I asked him why. He said I would need to see the whole story to fully understand. I reluctantly agreed… and the rest is history. *He was watching the last minutes of Good Omens, season 2. 😭
