Nobody who is able-bodied gets Medicare. You are either disabled at which point you can get Medicare even if under 65 if you have the been on SS Disability for 24 months or you are over 65 with a sufficient work history. I am almost 80 and I’m reasonably able body. Is Sununu targeting me?

In Oregon most people in need of help go to Democrats. That is because Democrats hold offices. Helping constituents is what politicians of all stripes do. With Democrats there is nothing to excuse. People do remember who helps them, which is why Oregon and other Blue State democrats get re-elected.

At 18 I was optimistic about America having been raised on books about the Founders, Jefferson, and Washington, Disney’s Johnny Tremaine and the Sons of Liberty. Then my idealism was challenged by Vietnam, Nixon, Bushes too. Belief survived all. Surviving Trump will take a Herculean effort.
