I'm playing around with painting on canvas for the first time in years. Still figuring out if I like it 😅 Sea Angel (Gymnosomata) in mixed media, acrylic background with oil pastel and soft pastel on top #seaslug

Day Five of #pleinairpril Fitting for Easter Sunday, we got a li'l bunny hopping around on the lawn. I usually do the plainairpril sketch outside, take a photo, and then do the colouring inside. This time, I didn't get a photo, so the bunny looks like an old photo of local rabbit dad Stripey.

Day Four of #pleinairpril I got a stomach bug right in time for easter, so the plainairpril drawings got a little delayed. But I'm confident I can catch up!

Day Two of #Dinovember Spicomellus ... life is doing a number on me right at the beginning of the month, this time. So this spiky buddy was a real chore to get done... But here he is. I imagine if he was in a game, he'd be a halloween coloured variant. #dinovember2025 #paleoart

drawing of a dinosaur. It has a round body, a long neck with a triangular head, and a long tail, as well as four stumpy legs. The dino is covered in spikes all over, most notably big spikes on the neck and the booty area. It is drawn with a beige-blue striped pattern, and the spikes are white.

Day One of #Dinovember Velociraptor I have decided to be more cartoony (and digital) with the dinos. This little one is going on a great adventure. It is a child, and not fully grown yet. #dinovember2025 #paleoart

cartoony drawing of a velociraptor. It stands upright on a rock, one arm-wing raised. It has a vaguely bill-reminiscent snout, a long feathered tail, and the characteristic curled up toe on its feet. The velociraptor is brown and green coloured.
