When I was a book reviews editor for a journal, I would get dozens of early MA students sending me their review assignments. It was a nightmare because my policy was always to give feedback to everyone. I found out part of the assignment was to show they had submitted it to a journal and stopped it.

I hate the arms build-up, too, but the current geopolitical situation doesn't leave much room for sticking where we were at. The threats are real - Russia to Europe, US to us, Greenland, Panama, and others, in the Middle East (being vague to avoid censorship) - as much as it pains me to say.
