when life gives you lemons via the lemon tree in the back, etc steep the zest in sugar/honey/pinch-of-salt overnight, pour boiling water over it to dissolve everything, strain out the zest, add all the juice last. lemonade. maybe next year i'll make some as a mixer with my umeshu and ichigoshu
