Severe floods can worsen mental health — and overlapping crises like COVID-19 can amplify the impacts. In 2020, communities in Hue City, Vietnam, faced both. We surveyed 400 people in Oct ‘23 to understand their experiences. Hear what we found at My Pham’s talk today, 9:27am, Room 1.31/32. #EGU25
