something i had to learn and have to keep reminding myself is that relapse is a very normal part of recovery but it doesn't make it not fucking suck every time. oh what i wouldn't give to go back in time and stop it all from happening 🥲

yesterday was by far the worst mental health day i think i've had since starting anti depressants and it was actually very very scary!!!! trying to be kind to myself today but its hard!!
