Dream had been lucky to have only gotten away with a concussion and his eyelights acting up on occasion, especially with the stunt Error seemed to have pulled.
Although, he swears he keeps hearing...himself? Talking to nothing on occasion. But that'd be ridiculous, there was only one of him in the multiverse...Right?
