I spent years training as a photographer and I’ve done a lot of studio portraiture. Shaping light is the core of studio photography—nothing about that shoot was accidental.

Interesting, I have such a different perspective after 20 years in Texas where there's just 10 months of summer, 2 months of winter and absolutely no in-between. The change of seasons here feels so gradual in comparison!
