Quality education starts with teachers. But 44 million more teachers are still needed to ensure universal primary and secondary education by 2030. On #WorldTeachersDay, IPNEd calls on its members to close the teacher gap and support, empower, and advocate for the rights of teachers worldwide.

466 million children eat a school meal each day. Legislation can ensure meals are nutritious, culturally appropriate and sustainable to improve learning outcomes. Collaborating with IPNEd, @fao.org & @wfp.org hosted a webinar exploring how legislation can protect children’s right to adequate food.
