I am starting to eat more healthy meals as of today! I had a delicious breakfast smoothie with ginger, banana, oatmeal, carrot and honey and now I made a California Roll Bowl. We need to stay healthy! No more wine either! I’ve been eating myself to death with all this stress. Be well my friends!

Day 7 of a painting a day paint challenge “Gail’s Angel” I painted this in remembrance of my gardening friend, Gail, who died yesterday from cancer. Her home looked like a storybook cottage every spring and summer with volumes of flowers. I am really going to miss her. #oilpainting #allaprima
