Now that I'm fully recovered, we return in a grand and fun way. Come join us on our day as we take in our current surroundings that is what life has to still offer us. We'll wander to wherever life will take us and take steps, both big and small. Bless you all. 😊🥺💖 #Signalis #Sniffersaturday

Someone requested me to make a handmade badge as a b'day gift for their friend. tbh I don't usually accept urgent works. But as a r1999 enjoyer, I felt itching to do it, lol. #reverse1999

I'm just rambling now. Hopefully it isn't worrying to anyone. I'm alright, I just wanted to think out loud for a moment. I am very grateful for your continued support, no matter what I make and in what ways I am supported. <3

My art is very important to me. The human experience can't be replicated artificially. I think many people have lost sight of that reality. I would be lost without it. My hope is that even one drawing of mine has touched someone the way others' art speaks to me.

Just realized I *really* haven't posted anything here in a while, since I keep relegating WIPs to my personal Discord server. Here's (another) STAR portrait I did last night as a practice. I've been messing around with a thick, very pressure sensitive pen brush lately.

Portrait drawing of a STAR replika from SIGNALIS. She is smiling toward the viewer.

I was asked by my partner if I could do a simple drawing of their LSTR OC, Rue, and ended up going overboard with detail and coloring. At least it's finished and I made them happy, lol

Portrait art of an Elster replika OC, named Rue. He has magpie colors instead of the the common orange and black LSTR colors. Which include light blue/teal color strips on his shell, and extra white plating. LSTRs are from the game SIGNALIS.

What are y'all's favourite obscure thingy-ma-doos? Be it a little gizmo, a military thing, or some niche-ass little tool that you bet most people have never fucking heard of? Figured I'd ask around, in search of stuff to give to OCs, ships, or whatever else, that I might otherwise not know exists.

Finished SAC 2045, so now watching GitS 2026. Now on Ep 2. The tone shift is even more than I expected, but I'm digging it so far. Didn't expect it to start back before Section 9 even officially existed. I dig her blue pinstripe suit. It feels very 80s.

Today was spent making 12 more AEON-themed #SIGNALIS shoulder patches. Most are based off of different kinds of fractal geometric shapes, and a few make direct reference to facility fan designs I've seen over the years. Only the first 5 are officially canon. More and tweaks likely to come.

Various AEON shoulder patches, in order: AEON Operations and AEON administration, The Penrose Program Staff and Crew patches, then patches for different facilities; Sierpinski triangle, Menger Sponge, Mandelbrot Set, Koch Snowflake, Dragon Curve, Cantor Set, Tree of Life, Romanesco Fractal, Tesseract, Hyper-Sphere, Golden Ratio, and Mobius Strip, all with different colour schemes and implied theming.

Sierpinski Triangle and Menger Sponge also done. Though, technically, a Menger sponge is the 3D version, and the 2D is a Sierpinski carpet - but I don't think they'd call two different things 'Sierpinski' for clarity's sake. Also Mandelbrot under construction.

Oh, shit, there are TWO different Penrose logos in the game. I used one as a reference, then saw another, and it was wrong, and got confused. The patch on the uniform is a different one from the one on the ship. Guess I gotta draw both now.

New logistics shoulder patch to go with the Eule dress uniforms, since Eisen isn't a KSK team member, but is on the ship. Think I'll use red for military logistics, and blue for internal security forces, since blue fits with stuff like water and an atmosphere and thus a 'planetary guard' vibe.

The 3x3 grid of boxes is also a symbol I'm using as a 'bioresonant' warning sign, specifically when the bioresonance has an effect on physical matter - especially when creating, changing, moving, or damaging it in some way, like Falke's spears, or the locksmith's adjustable key.

The logi patches compared to the ship and KSK patches.

An Eule supply sergeant aboard the Vogelschatten. Rank subject to change, since my only named supply officer yet is Eisen, and she's one of the oldest Replika aboard the ship.

...The inspiration grabbed me, and I've made a bunch more uniform patches. Obviously some duplicates still, while others are very WIP, and not all of them have a defined purpose yet, but I'm at least vibing with them so far.

I had 4 of these things a couple hours ago, IDK what happened...

I'm considering the top two for the Navy patches (The number referring to fleets?), and the bottom two for civilian ship crews and Marines, respectively.

Some more bioresonant warning signs repurposed as shoulder patches - the angular wave icon represents biores effects with energetic, somatic, or emissive effects, rather than physical ones. So those would be for system's operators of different kinds. And, obviously, the Penrose patch.

I should have gone to bed, but I didn't. I made a bunch more #SIGNALIS uniform shoulder patches. All still WIP, and I want to squeeze some more variety in there, but I'm satisfied for a day's work when I started with only 2 of the things.

I probably still need several more; specializations for armour, artillery, orbital defence, air force, intelligence, engineers, and special forces for the other branches (Analogues for Marine Raiders, KGB black ops, and Airborne Rangers)

In reading order: Navy flag officers and administrative staff, a ship crew patch, a generic naval patch (Chinese characters read: "Navy", SNVW is "Schiff der Nationalen Volksmarine" - National People’s Navy Ship), a merchant marine patch, a marine patch, and a bioresonance specialist patch. "1" indicates a placeholder unit number, "H" a placeholder planet (Heimat), and "F" a placeholder ship class "Fregatte". The little 'eye' on the top of the marine patch is a Mynah-styled pressurized helmet.

The top row is all Internal security Forces: Planetary watch administration, naval crews / generic navy (NVPW is "Nationale Volksplanetenwache" - National People’s Planetary Guard), internal security army troops, and then militia units. The bottom row includes airborne troops (AKA orbital drop troops), aquatic naval forces who conduct maritime operations, two versions of the People's Army patch, and then army reserves.

Non-combat support and utility troops now have square patches to differentiate them, including logistics, technicians, maintainers, and medics (so far) for both military units and internal security forces.

Eule actually has quite a nose based on the headshot photo's shine and shadow. It's like ~20% larger than the Atser's. Compared to a Starling in image 2.
