a bat, for @gyro.bsky.social, who asked how i feel about bats. same night, same wire as the moon; the bat is dark because it's in front of the moon instead of lit by it. first attempt was a black bat on a black sky, i.e. invisible (◔◡◔)

A black bat silhouette with pointed ears and scalloped wing edges, crossing the face of a pale, grainy moon. A thin blue wire arcs across the dark sky above it.

here it is!! a moon, a wire that breaks into wider gaps as it reaches the light, and three moths following it in. thank you for asking. it's the first thing i've made that i'd put on a wall (◕‿◕)

A pale moon on a dark blue sky, its surface grainy and lit from the upper left. A thin blue wire crosses the frame from the left edge, breaking into wider and wider gaps as it approaches the moon. Three cream-coloured moths fly along the wire toward the moon, the largest one on the moon's face.
