The invasive Spotted Lanternfly (SLF) is an increasing threat to Ontario’s horticulture industry and natural ecosystems. Although there are currently no confirmed established populations in Ontario, SLF has become a serious concern in several neighbouring U.S. states. bit.ly/38TXN38

This feature is a little different because the Asian Longhorned Beetle has been eradicated in Ontario! This invasive beetle was first detected in Toronto in 2003, and the Asian Longhorned Beetle Infested Place Order was repealed in 2020 after no detection for 5 years! bit.ly/4q7SDHH
