it is also baffling that you can't change the resolution?? even the vanilla Sonic R was compatible with stupidly high resolutions once you unlocked the menu option. (And I can't even set any of these options with the F-keys in-game, since those aren't bound.)

The graphics options in the AI port of Sonic R. The only option is the draw distance.
