Man do I hate the surfer bros fight. Mainly because my luck has been stuck at Ia1 and snaking. Like I'm upset at the group I had last night, we had a fresh prog join us and it was obvious. Do not join a CLEAR party if you are FRESH. you are not clear ready. It is blatantly OBVIOUS you are not.

Cleared POTD for the first time today, ran summoner to learn it and was it an experience. We almost wiped on 181, recovered then went all out carefully. Last 20 hit hard.

Just a thing about ex fights. Just because you cleared once, does not mean you are ready to farm. Farms require consistent clearing and not messing up mechanics. It is a bit of a deal. If you wipe the party or die to a beginner mechanic. Do not be surprised if you are kicked. It happens.

I always find it amusing at how former coworkers/friends and people you've been around for years in a work environment scatter like the roaches they are when you're gone. It's like once you are no longer there to be useful they're gone. Why I never mix my personal life with professional.

It's infuriating that they cannot be bothered to know light composition and shadow. I had to stop myself from wasting my skill on this beyond just his skin, gold and eye. Seriously whitewashing their own dark characters. I hate hoyo even more than usual. Not tagging this for obvious reasons.

Honestly struggled yesterday with Vamp Fatale on a simple reclear. It took 6 lockouts, and lots of frustration. The frustration came from people either playing off roles or just not "it" for that fight. I'm a patient person but one thing that will always irritate me is anyone being rude to healers.

So for raids and ex's in particular. You can watch a guide all you want to know what the mechanics are, but it is very different doing those mechanics yourself. So if you have a fresh party that hasn't cleared. Be patient with them. You will wipe, and while people know on a screen.

Honestly, I dislike people who feel the need to be "I work at such and such time." As a way to be a buzzkill for people socializing. Get some earplugs or learn how to adapt to roommates. Yeah it's one of those things, yeah they need to be quiet, but they have free agency to do what they want.

M10S experience... I didn't like the normal fight because of how directional based it is. I knew this would be a factor in the savage version. It is so overwhelming on directionals and precision. It's fun, but I had more fun in m9S compared to the bros. So many jokes are made.

Seeing the world race for first clear on Dancing Mad is either half amusing or incredibly sad. I could not with my irl obligations. Also seeing people questioning how long it is. Did you not play 6? Kefka's fight is still one of the longest fights. ff15 beat that with their adamantoise fight.

Weapons for Kefka look pretty but they don't go with any of my themes. I want Alexanders and FRU's more. Frus actually has my aesthetics for light and darkness. Omega's optional for ULT weapons. Otherwise. I don't care do rush to do this one.

No idea how much this gives me life. The fact they put the wing beat sounds even here makes me happy. He's always top favorite no matter what other series I am into. I have so many influences from him into my own character that he's just that special. Current ff14 glam is based on this form too.

For Doomtrain ex. On a fresh/learning party, always LEARN the AR mechanic. I do not care how easy the cheese strat. Not every single party is running it, and you should learn a mechanic in case you have to do it. The uptime strat works only if you don't get double north hits.

I'm pretty easy going for the most part. But there are limits like everything else. When you've got almost over 100 runs of Necron and keep wiping to first act mistakes? I might get a little salty when it takes 22 tries for a merc party.

So with my experience with ex runs. You do get more totems for helping first timers clear. So if you are really good at an ex. Help people clear them. Also this game needs more patient people compared to sweat players. People learn and retain better when they can make mistakes.

People always return to the roots of a character that influenced them the most in life. Mine has always been Ulquiorra. Still a top favorite of mine and wouldn't change him. I'm looking into getting Rebirth of Souls, Ulquiorra comes up in June and I have a soft spot.

In 14, normalize not telling someone how to do their class. If someone is struggling on a dungeon, "maybe" they're not use to that dungeon with said class. Tanking in a dungeon and had a healer being "stop single targeting trash mobs." Dude chill tf out. Hitting procs is a thing.

So calling it on the two new jobs for 14. Berserker and Gambler. Gambler - throwing and it's suppose to be a ranged. 5, 6, and 10 all have a gambler class. And those are the games hinted through the clues given, 6 and 10. Wakka and Setzer, 5 Enuo. Endgame bosses are hints.

I haven't been in tears from work in a long time. And it boils down to overworked, underpaid and expected to pick up other peoples shifts at a lack of notice. I had to say no to work this weekend because I'm tapped out physically and mentally. My boss has a wishful expectations against the reality.

The most powerful thing a DV survivor can do, is a life well lived. I mean this entirely as also a survivor of it. The best thing I do for myself is not let the trauma and ptsd take root anymore and I live for myself and be carefree as possible.

Well, going to have to move from my current home. Kinda frustrated with this idea, but it is just too expensive where I am and my job refuses to give me more hours to compensate. I work 20 hours a week and asked for just one more day and they can't give me that. So they're losing another cook.

Another wings won. Necrons are pretty. Kinda also seeing a theme with the wings being kinda peacock feathering for tail feathers. So maybe the final wings are going to resemble that.

So, finished A Merchant's Tale normal on solo dancer. It can be done, it's a pain to do it, but honestly it showed me where I need to pay attention for harder content in some spots. When you do dungeons solo you tend to focus on your weaker points. Mine is directionals.

After going through merchant's tale. I agree with Xenos that we should 100% get raid gear out of this as a reward. You pretty much have to HAVE raid gear to get into it at 765. That's doomtrain ex weapon, or tomestone 770 + 780 weapons. I did this solo and struggled and I have 773 gear.

When fighting with weaponized incompetence. Sometimes you have to fight pettiness with petty. If someone is leaving passive aggressive notes. Make a bigger one. If they're complaining about dishes. Clarify saying "You do your own stuff then." Separate what you do from their stuff.
