InvestigateXM @investigatexm.com · 10/12/2025@ingress.com @brianrose.bsky.social Any chance you could close out a ticket of mine? I've reported a bug shortly after the new support system came online, but ADA is holding me hostage now and doesn't allow me to open a new ticket even after weeks 😅 IGN is InvestigateXM 100
InvestigateXM @investigatexm.com · 08/12/2025@ingress.com @brianrose.bsky.social Is the Campaign and/or badge exclusive only to the 100 Agents that win the lottery or will other Agents (potentially globally) also have a chance to get the Campaign or Badge in the future? 160
InvestigateXM @investigatexm.com · 04/12/2025@ingress.com @brianrose.bsky.social The Mission tool broke, Agents are reporting that they cannot log in anymore and that after authenticating it just throws you back to the welcome screen. 100
InvestigateXM @investigatexm.com · 13/11/2025@ingress.com If we have portals we want to move 25+m or want to appeal a rejected report/edit (or a removal itself), should we use the current Spatial form (which seems to be intended for property owners only?) or is there another Ingress/OPR specific way? support.nianticspatial.com/hc/en-us/req...support.nianticspatial.comSubmit a request – Niantic Spatial Support 020
InvestigateXM @investigatexm.com · 23/10/2025That was fun! I honestly really like having some cheaper campaigns that aren't connected to a bigger event, especially if they award a medal at the end :) #Ingress 1121

InvestigateXM @investigatexm.com · 14/09/2025@ingress.com Just curious, what is the Common "ENTITLEMENT" that is visible via the inventory view in intel? I don't believe I've seen it before 140
Reposted by InvestigateXMIngress @ingress.com · 08/09/2025We made a change that might resolve the specific issue where players can't calibrate or localize at some Overclock Portals; it's a general fix for Overclock and not POI-specific. If you're still seeing any issues, please let us know and we'll continue to investigate further, thank you. 461

InvestigateXM @investigatexm.com · 30/08/2025@ingress.com @brianrose.bsky.social I can see all three Campaigns in the store, but the Elite Builder campaign doesn't appear in Dispatch for me and some others. Any chance dispatch checks for current and not Livetime AP? (currently Recursed L14) 420
InvestigateXM @investigatexm.com · 20/08/2025Is it intended that the free daily Resonator is on top of the store while all the other free items like the Power Cube and the Kinetic Capsule are still at the bottom in the Loadout Kit category? @ingress.com 130
InvestigateXM @investigatexm.com · 19/08/2025Unsure how to Overclock a portal? - Find a Portal with a prism in its center - Get within 20m of the Portal center and activate Overclock - Scan the Portal surroundings with your camera to calibrate - Deploy the cube and walk around it until you can recognize the glyph, then transcribe it! #Ingress 132
InvestigateXM @investigatexm.com · 16/08/2025Super proud to be part of my first big fielding operation last weekend over Hamburg, Germany and finally getting my Onyx Illuminator ticked off :) In total we threw almost 100 fields at least 1.4 million MUs and more, surpassing around 140 million MUs captured for the RES 💙 #Ingress 3144

InvestigateXM @investigatexm.com · 27/07/2025@ingress.com I assume the scanner store is wrong if the Reso Campaign only goes till the 3rd? Or is that extra time to make sure everyone can claim the rewards? 100
InvestigateXM @investigatexm.com · 25/07/2025@brianrose.bsky.social @ingress.com I reported it as a bug already, but do wanna highlight it as under specific circumstances this bug can be exploited to shut down an entire area from playing by preventing Portals to render (1/2) 120
