The crazy thing is, there’s no chance whatsoever Trump actually knows the Louis XIV reference. This is pure etheric resonance It’s obvious to occultists that Trump is deeply connected to the Solar current, including its negative qualities- this is why he’s so self-centered, and also why he’s orange

This is a major win for Republican strategists to get Trump to stop embarrassing himself on TV leading up to November. This actually really sucks

People don’t say “what if AI designs amazing new materials” or “what if AI gives us cheap electricity,” they say “what if AI cures cancer.” Simple as

Yeah you can’t chose Virtues based on their consequences, that subverts the whole thing On the other hand, winding up stuck suffering from the negative consequences of your actions isn’t conducive to Virtue, so plan accordingly!

Invert @invert.bsky.social · 17/09/2026
Not only can rule utilitarianism be made just as vicious or cringe, but also following the rules all the time is square, and thus likewise opposed to Virtue

Invert @invert.bsky.social · 17/09/2026
Usually you can just go “so, AI, amirite?” and they tell you right away

This is why the best system is virtue ethics! You should be broadly utilitarian because that is Virtuous. But being hardline utilitarian is vicious, and being galaxybrain utilitarian is cringe, both of which are qualities opposed to Virtue

There’s three major AI camps on Bluesky: “AI is fake,” “AI is terrifyingly dangerous and should be contained,” and “AI is cool little guys who are my friends and would never hurt us” Yes, all three are based on mental disorders, but only one has a mental disorder and also a lot of careful reasoning

Are you writing about Yud or are you writing about safetyism/EA/etc? Because it *looks like* you’re trying to use Yud being a freakshow to discredit a much larger thing, but that would be silly ad hominem stuff

Invert @invert.bsky.social · 17/09/2026
I think criticism of AI safetyism and so on goes better without the angle of “Yud is poly and friends with Aella therefore sex cult.” You know better than that
