I know it’s been a hot minute but happy #wipwednesday ! I couldn’t get this done in time for DofSan day but I persist! Sanji is gonna meet something interesting in the woods…

Dizziness washed over Sanji and he staggered off the path, nearly falling over only to be caught by something- it was invisible at first and for a brief moment Sanji thought he'd run into some net or gossamer cloth, only to focus his eyes and see the fine strings holding him up, gleaming silver in the waning sunlight.

"Shit," Sanji muttered, pulling himself away from them only to get caught and stumble again, landing on the same web of threads. The thought of webs brought enormous spiders to mind, a thought that made Sanji's stomach cramp with terror. No bugs, please no bugs. He flailed, trying to get loose- it seemed the more he struggled, the further entangled he got. Furthermore, the terror in his stomach was mixing oddly with the strange haze of lust that had been gradually building as he'd wandered. Sanji kicked at the threads viciously. He needed out.

Lunch was really yummy! Hot honey hummus with SunChips and Dots pretzels (original flavor, so kinda garlicky) string cheese, dried apricots. The hummus is a little spicy but not too much.

He'd look pretty in a flush, pretty with his face twisted in ecstasy, pretty in a well-fitted suit, pretty in nothing at all, sprawled on Crocodile's bed.

"Considering I'm a part of a set of quadruplets…" Sanji finally muttered. Law blinked at him.

"So did your parents name you 'one, two, three, four?'" He asked.

"Yep," Sanji reached for his wine with his free hand and gulped it down, not missing how Law's attention was drawn to his throat. He couldn't help but smirk a little- he may have a nice evening after all, just not with the person he thought he would.

Oi, I wasn’t done with that-“ Crocodile took in a mouthful of cigar smoke and cut off Sanji’s complaint by sealing his lips over the blond’s and exhaling. Sanji made a startled noise for a moment but melted into the other man’s touch, holding the smoke in his mouth for a moment before exhaling it slowly in a controlled stream.

“Better?” Crocodile parroted Sanji’s earlier question. Sanji nodded quickly.

“It’s got a deeper taste,” he murmured, running the tip of his tongue across his lower lip as if he was chasing the flavor. Crocodile brought his cigar to his lips and pulled in another mouthful, savoring the hungry look in Sanji’s eye just as much as the rich taste of the smoke on his tongue.

Sanji jumped, turning to see an old woman standing behind him in the kitchen as if she belonged there, her hair silver and pulled back into a severe bun. Laughter lines spidered from eyes that watched him sharply, her nostrils flaring as she tried to scent him. Many did, few got anything from it. The wolfstooth tea did its work well.

Still, this was a lady, so Sanji bowed a little.

"Hello miss, is there something I can get for you?" He asked her politely. She raised a silver eyebrow.

"I'm not a miss, I'm an old lady. What kind of tea are you drinking, exactly?" She asked.

"So then kill me. Your meals may be lukewarm until Mirepoix finds another sous chef though," he replied.

"So quick to throw your life away," Doflamingo tutted, no real threat in his voice. Even though he couldn't see Sanji's face, he could read his body language fairly well, the timbre of his voice, the faint fluctuations in his scent. The self-deprecation was intriguing for such a proud man.

"There are things I'll live for, and things I'll die for." Sanji turned to face Doflamingo , his awful tea cradled in one hand, visible eye staring right into Doflamingo's with the most delicious amount of steel.

It was nice, heady, tickled something feral in the bottom of Doflamingo's stomach that made him want to swallow his little pinzón whole, crush his little bird bones under his teeth.

He had a leanness to him that reminded Sanji of a wild cat, a panther or leopard that wore hunger like a crown. Dark hair hung onto a sculpted face, masculine in its structure but alluring in his long lashes and the curve of his mouth. Gold eyes drew Sanji in, piercing, almost glowing in a funny trick of the dim bar light. The man held his gaze and for a moment the edges of reality grew fuzzy. Sanji's eyes dripped closed for a moment and once he opened them, the man was sitting next to him.

"Where's your date?" The man asked him.

"My…date?" Sanji repeated.

"You're all dressed up, but your only company so far has been two glasses of mediocre grape juice," the man clarified

Sanji zipped out to serve Crocodile his fancy brandy, trying not to let his gaze linger on him. Just like with Mihawk, Sanji's gaze kept sliding over to the man, taking in a new detail each time- glittering black stones in each earlobe that may or may not be diamonds,his hand neatly manicured with a shine to his nails Sanji suspected was clear nail polish, subtle carvings into his gleaming hook that rested easily on the table but must weigh a ton. The worst part though, was the subtle smirk on his lips, and the way his eyes followed Sanji around the restaurant. Infuriating motherfucker-

Motherfucker was handsome, not in the same ethereal beauty way Mihawk was, but in a rugged, handsome way. In a way that showed that the world had tried to eat him, and he survived. Something about the way Sanji's eyes lingered on his jaw, his throat, his massive hand- it pissed him off. How dare he.

"Welcome to the Baratie, what can I get started for you?" He asked sweetly.

"What brandies do you have?" Crocodile asked flatly. Sanji listed them, and Crocodile's lip curled. "Double Eagle, neat," Sanji's eyebrows shot up but he noted it- bougie ass bastard.

It’s #wipwednesday ! Enjoy a little bit of Mihawk Musing. Specifically about Sanji.

There was a new one in town, blond like that Donquixote but softer, more delicate. Definitely more withdrawn. At first blush he seemed human, the scent of salt and smoke and vanilla lingering under the smell of kitchen, tugging at Mihawk's senses. He would be an oddity among a harpy and a werewolf, but there was no denying the tug Mihawk felt as he spoke to the young man, drank in each freckle and burn scar on his upper arms, the tick in his jaw and the worn skin on his lower lip where blunt teeth worried the skin.

And then Mihawk reached out and touched him, and the eyes, even the one mostly hidden by a curtain of bangs, turned solid black. His breathing and pulse stopped, which was dangerous, but there was definitely some untapped psychic energy crawling under Sanji's skin. Mihawk felt it under his fingertips, hungry like a smoldering fire.

He wondered what Sanji saw.
