I don't know who needs to hear this but I was journaling and wrote down some words that had a profound effect on me.

"It’s okay that you’re tired and exhausted. It’s understandable and justified that you are frustrated with the state of the world. It is good that you have dreams of what kind of person you want to be. It’s great that you’ve been making progress on those dreams. You are a good person, with a beautiful soul that desires so strongly to love others and life. For all the pain, misery, and suffering that happens, there is also healing, love, and joy to find as well. "
