💜UPDATE!🩷 We have an extra update to share, too. We are currently working towards an initial DIGITAL ONLY zine release due to some internal changes. We would like to work towards a physical release if we are able to, but please keep that in mind as you watch this project grow!

"If made physical, can you ship to ___ Country?" I'm not sure yet, but for sure I can ship to US. I will keep everyone updated on if I can ship to other countries!

Communication/zine expereince Communication will be through email at first, then a discord server for people who are accepted. You do not need any zine experience to join, I just need your full confidence to work with deadlines.

"Would you consider cosplays?" Maybe! I would have to talk to the team first, but I can def try to make it

"Are headcanons allowed?" Yes! As long as you can tell it's still the characters, I'm fine with anything! (I personally love transmasc mafu, so go crazy!)

🎀Interwoven Threads: A Mizumafu Zine❄️ @interwovenzine.bsky.social · 12/04/2026

"Do I need to have a social media account?" No, I just require a discord and a name I can use for credits! I also would need to see your portfolio outside of social media anyways.

🎀Interwoven Threads: A Mizumafu Zine❄️ @interwovenzine.bsky.social · 12/04/2026

"Do I need to have a large portfolio?" Not really! I'm looking for dedication to mizumafu above everything else, and the only requirement I have is that you can do a full piece within a timely manner. Full piece would include fully drawn out characters and backgrounds.

🎀Interwoven Threads: A Mizumafu Zine❄️ @interwovenzine.bsky.social · 12/04/2026

"For writing, is there any specific theme/word count?" Word count; nothing less than 1500 and no more than 3000 There is no theme, just make sure that mizumafu is the main plot in your story!

"What is the deadline?" Since this is very very early planning, I'm not too sure, nor want to spread anything publicly! I want to try and release or at least have everything finished by end of year, so lots of time to draw!
