Even during the edit of the final volume, Reiko Yoshihara talks about how Ai No Kusabi wouldn't be able to exist in its current form if she'd started it now. I have some major notes on the story because from beginning to end, I never felt love from Riki to Iason. Iason to Riki, abso-fucking-lutely. But I never felt even an unhealthy love from Riki.
