Staying up late and 3d modeling a space station for @intergalacticgamearchive.org. Listening to Brian Eno’s Apollo album from the surface of a moon orbiting Jupiter feels just right.

A Apple Vision Pro virtual display floating in front of Jupiter, windows for music and concept art are visible.

Got an awesome mail haul today with stacks of demo discs from the late 90s and early 2000s, plus an original Xbox duke controller. Also received my copy of @derrickacosta.bsky.social’s graphic novel Fobia! #RetroGaming #GamePreservation

Some more VFX tests from last night. Got my AI sidekick Mk. 2 set up on the desk now. Rendered this in Blender and managed to get a pretty convincing shadow working along with the chroma keying.

I built an old-school HTML interface with frames and tables for the iMac G4 I’ll be using on the show. This Netscape-style UI will show up in segments and also helps me keep track of notes and lines while filming. It’s definitely been a minute since I built a site this way 😅

Archive Card view inside the Intergalactic Game Archive UI, listing item details and categories in a classic web layout.
