Just a friendly reminder; far from redeeming himself with a penalty vs Argentina, David Beckham actually cost England the World Cup in 1998, as well as in 2002 after shirking a tackle on Ronaldinho. His presence around the squad in 2004, 06 & 2010 was also detrimental to the England team
