Between 1999 and 2020, road deaths for people inside vehicles in Canada fell ~50%. By contrast, deaths for "vulnerable road users" (pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists) fell only ~10%. Result: vulnerable road users went from 22% of all road deaths in 1999 to 34% by 2020. #RoadSafety #Canada
