This was so sweet to be a part of! I've been riveted by the vampire gossip. Congrats on the campaign (and happy birthday)!

Like most of my brushes these are crunchy, sharp, and fully opaque to fit in with bold art styles, optional blending and colour jitter included— and like all of my brushes you can also grab these from any tier on my patreon ♥

A demonstration of colour jitter and blending effects, using yellow dandelion shapes.

A display of digital brushes from the set, black plant shapes on a beige background.

New CSP brushes up in my shop! ko-fi.com/s/aaef2296aa —this is a sequel to my previous "Rough Summer" set, and the brushes are made from real plants dipped in ink.

Drawing of a field with text over it reading "brush set: another rough summer"

More quick colour/landscape studies from last year, looking at photos on Unsplash.

four panels of digital painting, set against a black background. all depict landscapes in a rough style with highly visible brush-strokes. panel 1: a bare tundra viewed from above, split by a river. in the distance there are patches of snow and pale clouds, in the foreground a waterfall. panel 2: a natural stone arch viewed at night, its shape illuminated by a single small light beneath it. above is a dark sky filled with stars. 3: a larger stone arch formation during the day, cast in shadows against a pale sky with small clouds. warm sunlight illuminates the inside of the formation, and hits the desert foreground. 4: mountainous terrain covered in scrubby plants, creating patches of colour in greens, browns, and yellows. the distance fades into fog, with two lakes visible. a paved road winds toward the foreground, partly obscured by rocks and brush.

four panels of digital painting in a rough style with highly visible brush-strokes against a black background. panel one: deep green leaves viewed from above, fading into shadows. panel two: a thin, dry stalk of flowers against a sky of grey clouds. panel three: the branches and muted green leaves of a tree filled with small orange berries against a shadowy background. panel four: clovers with white flowers amid short green grass.

Quick colour studies from photos on Unsplash.

four panels of digital painting, all photo studies in a very loose style with heavy brushstrokes, and all depicting autumnal trees and landscapes. the first panel shows a road lined with red and orange trees, the second shows a river valley filled with low clouds, the third features dry grass and bright yellow aspens against a deep blue sky, and the fourth shows a fence in a hazy, warmly lit field.

four more panels in the same style, these ones all depicting landscapes at night. the first one shows a small moonlit clearing in a forest, the second shows thin trees receding into mist, the third shows dry crop fields beneath a deep teal sky, and the fourth is a field of tall swaying grass with a treeline in the distant darkness.

...and plenty more! My focus is making hard-edged, highly opaque brushes with rough and chunky shapes to fit into bold art styles. They're all (plus some extras) also available from my patreon at any tier ♥
