The lil dorks are great. I have the best two on my desk at all times. They even have a mold line on the top of their head for accuracy. There's also one with an inquisitor. You can get the real cheap if you avoid ebay. Like $3 a pop or 15-20 for a box.

Here are a few examples. Using a bright silver as a base and then like a 1:3 contrast to medium over top. Keeps the sheen of a metallic but takes the contrast's. color.
