Earlier this year I brought up how #GeoPixels is homophobic; well the other day they peppered on a little bit of transphobia on top of that. Someone left "Long Way Down" on the bridge in Portland, OR, where a trans girl committed suicide. Staff were alerted, they dismissed it. It's a lot to read.

So I have this exchange with Discord support & as you can see a person eventually looked at the case & closed the ticket without solving the issue. I was able to make a follow-up ticket & it shows someone looked at it some point after I made it. Why does this company treat its customers this way?

A very long back and forth with Discord customer support's AI about an issue I've been having. It eventually shows that someone looked at the ticket and closed it without fixing the issue.
