Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 20/09/2026Will take that. Not amazing in an attacking sense but thought we defended well and managed the game brilliantly. Nice to go in to international break with a win 020 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 15/09/2026Well, I wasn’t sure what to expect tonight but thoroughly enjoyed majority of that. Some excellent performances by some of the youngsters. Love watching Trey Nyoni play, he absolutely needs to play more 020 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 12/09/2026100%! Hopefully we’ve had our fair share of that bad luck! 000 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 12/09/2026Thinking positively though, last season we would have 100% made it our mission to find a way to lose that game 110 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 12/09/2026Massive throw back to last season Liverpool this 😴 100 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 12/09/2026The boss wasn’t having that Tsimikas performance…. And rightly so! 010 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 12/09/2026I should have whispered a bit quieter! Awful this 010 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 12/09/2026Heartbreaking that mate, must be so hard for yous 💔 010 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 12/09/2026Same. Last couple of games have felt a lot more “us”. Hopefully that continues today 110 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 12/09/2026It’s a great feeling isn’t it! Didn’t feel it much at all last season. 111 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 12/09/2026Whisper it, but…. I’m looking forward to the reds playing! 😳 140 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 09/09/2026100%. Really felt like there’s signs the manager is getting his point across on the pressing in that 2nd half 121 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 09/09/2026We’ll take it! What a horrible bunch they are… feels good to beat them! Thought Rio was fantastic 2nd half, Macca excellent, big Ron solid (and a great assist and celebration!) #lfc 140 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 09/09/2026Said off? Sent off, whatever. He’s a prick… the ref that is! 000 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 09/09/2026What minute is Macca getting said off with this absolute clown of a ref? 110 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 09/09/2026Definitely worth a go mate. Unless the reds are shite in that case just avoid all contact for a few days! 😂 000 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 09/09/2026Still enjoy the lfc chat but pretty much only come on here on match days now because of how political it’s turned on here 100 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 05/09/2026Watching Match Of The Day…. Fickle bastards us football fans aren’t we! 000 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 05/09/2026Loving the Maxi song being used for Barcola… stuck in my head this morning! Thought he did well when he came on as well 🙌 020 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 05/09/2026Agreed. I’m really struggling with him. I think the frustration is you can see how good a footballer he is and you just want him to show that. But like you say, everything is too soft at times, whether that’s challenges, passes, shots 010 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 04/09/2026A comfortable win. A clean sheet. Isak looking something like the player we thought we’d bought, and the reds being on away from home, against a newly promoted team, on a Friday night, not absolutely ruining the weekend….. what is this sorcery? 030 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 30/08/2026100%. Absolutely nailed on. We’re sure we’re getting Gakpo’s replacement so let him join city (mind boggling in itself), only for it to fall through, we’re left short. Great stuff. 🤦♂️ 100 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 30/08/2026They’re all like that now. Isak really hurt them! 010 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 30/08/2026Ridiculous. Clubs pretty unrecognisable at the minute. Haven’t got any faith in them upgrading out options. Can’t help but feel they’ll let him go thinking we’ve got that replacement lined up, then fuck it up and end up short 010 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 29/08/2026That fight was mental! Thought Moses was well on top. Then all of a sudden was absolutely fucked! Fair play to Hrgovic mind, could get punched all night and wouldn’t affect him! 200 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 29/08/2026We’ll sell him, then panic, throwing bids in for injured players before ending up ultimately short. Again. 110 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 29/08/2026Mad isn’t it. Not his biggest fan, but at least he’s a senior, premier league proven player. Unless we’re absolutely sure we’ve got someone else coming in (I’ve no confidence in that), it makes zero sense 130 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 29/08/2026Yep! Started running with the runner, then decided he’d go and mark the lad taking the throw. Brain dead. 010 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 29/08/2026Really impressed with Munoz. Lads rapid and seems to have a great attitude! 160 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 29/08/2026Trey Nyoni is the midfielder we need. Brilliant when he came on. 👏 030 0
Reposted by Neil InnesAndrew Beasley @andrewbeasleyfootball.com · 29/08/2026Elanga didn’t score a league goal last season, Ndoye hadn’t scored since the first day of last season. Liverpool have been fixing everyone but themselves for a while now. 8676 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 29/08/2026Every time I watch Isak I feel like it’s like watching someone who’s never kicked a ball before! Looks so awkward and uncomfortable. 000 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 24/08/2026😂 aye but easier to prepare when it’s a pen, rather than the explosion of a goal from nowhere! Just glad we got out of there without losing. Hate playing them! 000 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 24/08/2026At least you didn’t have to pay for the “pleasure”. You manage to keep quiet for the equaliser? 110 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 23/08/2026Both goals we’ve got the ball in there box and they score from it…. Fuck me man 000 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 23/08/2026Fair play mate, couldn’t pay me enough to do that! 110 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 18/08/2026Thought the Captains doc was absolutely brilliant #lfc 040 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 17/08/2026Great day at lfc v como today with the boys. The big question is - is Jeremy Jaquet the best player to have ever kicked a football? A - yes or B - yes 120 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 09/08/2026Looks like I’m something of a jinx atm! I’d love to say I won’t watch next week but I’m there! So, sorry in advance lads! 🙈 000 0
Neil Innes @innesneil.bsky.social · 09/08/2026Liverpools next priority signing has to be a new camera man. Jeez! 010 0
