speaking of communities being run with people who care about nothing but their games (the pokemon rom side for this instance), the hackdex site is running with the help of generative ai. ...just learn how to patch a game, folks.

I want y'all to exercise some caution when it comes to a lot of these "recomps" of games coming out lately, cause all of them are just... very lazy ai ports, if you can even call it that. One tip is to go to the github page (which pretty much all of them have), and see if Claude is a contributor.
