She told me I could wear the crocs or my flip flops, but I was not allowed to wear her Daddies shoes. I told her I never wear John’s shoes, besides I wasn’t going outside anyways.

BUY A BANNED BOOK. READ IT. LEND IT. TALK ABOUT IT.

Words in a plain white font against a background of red.

Words in a white font over a background of red / orange and dark greys: “ARE YOU A GIVER OR A TAKER? HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE YOU HELPED? HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE YOU HURT?”

Nico Talks @inmc.bsky.social · 23/07/2025

The sentence “CREATIVITY IS A THREAT TO CONSERVATIVE VALUES” is in white font against a background what appears to be brushstrokes more or less lines in pinks, yellow, reds.

Self portrait on a cold night with unruly hair Southern California November 2024 #Photograph #Selfie

Head shot of a Latino man wearing a gray hoodie in a thin somewhat shinny material with the the hood portion pulled mostly over his head. He has long curly black hair that is spilling out from under the the hoodie, partially obscuring his face under waves and curls going everywhere. He has a goatee. The goatee has grey in it. His expression is a sort of sort of scrunched up smirk. The background is dark and mostly lost to shadows.

Giraffe behind California Fan Palms Living Desert Zoo, Palm Springs October 2024 #photography #zoo #SouthernCalifornia

We face a green grass and boulder covered hill that goes roughly halfway up the photo. There are seven palm trees framed so the you mainly see their trunks in shadow and the bottom of the shaggy mass of palm fronds for this type of palm. The trunks and the evenly lined up bottom of palm fronds also visually divide the photo into vertical and horizontal lines. At the far left on the hill in the distance is a giraffe. Beyond everything in the far background are the tops of a mountain range.

Gogo Dancer at Precinct Los Angeles November 2024

A gogo boy, that is, a man sitting on the edge of a stage. His head, torso and right arm are visable as he is turned slightly towards the camera caught in the middle of posing for guests how aren’t viable in the photo. His legs are lost in shadows. He is lit in a reddish purple light aimed at the stage. He is wearing a harness, a bandana. It’s lost in shadows but you just make out he is wearing a jock or thong or similar. The room is dark save for the light on him and a large screen behind him showing the face of a man, El Alfa, singing
