I've been comfortable with how I look for years and years, warts and all. Today, the mere thought of someone wanting me feels so laughable and disgusting to me. Said I feel like a big boy when he hugs me again 🥹 I guess most of the weight I lost was water and glycogen? I seemed to have gained 2kg fast and I've only worked out twice so far.
