Been drawing more anthro!!! It's been a really fun learning experience for me... Really surprised at how well they've turned out, given I have zero prior experience with it xD

I got this in an email this past weekend... So that's pretty neat :) Also I've neglected to mention here that I stream on Twitch once a week (Fridays at 9PM EST) www.twitch.tv/inkyblot Planning on doing it more often though-- gonna see about doing some racing/car game stream nights soon! :D

I wanna stream Forza Horizon but the only ones I'd really be able to do are 3, 4, and 5, and I already have all of my progress on them, so I can't exactly start a fresh playthrough from scratch And doing racing league type stuff with my friends is a NIGHTMARE to organize :/

So I've been dabbling in livestreaming and want to stream more racing games/sims, but really don't have many ideas to stream that would be like... Fun to watch. Like I enjoy playing shooters and whatnot but I'm not good at them and they're not my favorite-- I'm a car weirdo first and foremost lol

It really was quite empty... I adore the Dragon and that surrounding area so it was super cool to see something furry filling in that blank space :D Yeah it really sucks that there's always a catch to things that seem innocent, it makes it hard to get invested in any nice things as a result...

It really does suck that the people running it are so shitty... And of course I only found out about this AFTER putting something down myself :/ Love your art btw! Just found it after stumbling upon your mural on wplace while poking around the Dragon area-- your style is super cute :D

So my car has had a pretty crappy year... But, as of last week, we're back now!! Can't wait to get back up to the Dragon this autumn <3

My Miata got hit in a front-end collision back in January. It was repairable, but the entire front end had to come off, and the core support needed to be completely replaced... Insurance decided it's salvage now too. :(
(I was unhurt, btw)

The car's progress as of a couple of weeks ago... The shop took less time than I anticipated, after it had been sitting for several months already.

First night out after getting it back last week! The new headlights work great <3

And having so many friends be unflinchingly supportive of each and every goofy little thing I've made has been a huge contributing factor into why I've always kept drawing. I dunno, I'm just real happy about it. I've only come to appreciate it recently... How I'm finally truly proud of my work. <3

Used to use my old art as a means to beat up on myself, and also as an incentive to one-up my own work... I don't really try that hard for that anymore. I draw for fun, and for no other reason. Not for validation, or money (mostly), or any other motivator than because I love making cute things :)

Man, I've come a long way since I started drawing pones digitally... It's been about eight years, and I've only somewhat recently come to learn NOT to beat up on my own work. It feels good to be able to appreciate my art as a metric of how far I've come. <3 (Drawings are from 2017, 2024, and 2025)

btw 90% of the shit I draw these days is inspired by inside jokes I make with my friends. It's the digital art equivalent of boiling a $200 wagyu steak in orange juice, then putting all of the effort into garnishing/presentation, all in the name of "the bit" ...I wouldn't have it any other way :)
