Same hat! I’ve been working on circumventing my lumbar issues where I can. I love lifting so it sucks when it decides to sideline me. A good brisk walk where we can absolutely counts. Get a sweat going, do a couple squats too. It’ll work out, keep going!

Last day. I will enjoy my newfound time away but I’ll miss it all the same. Bittersweet. Feels a lot like when I finally took off the uniform. Therapy is gonna have a field day with the way my emotions are ping-ponging around. Tonight is def gonna be a blaze and ink kinda night.

Sometimes AuDHD is just a colossal jackass to reckon with. I didn’t fully grasp how many people I mattered to when leaving this job.
