Mario coming home with a big bag of hemorrhoids.

The titular "super mario" comes home holding a bag of his own hemorrhoids after a visit from the doctor, he jovially tells his Brother "Hey luigi! Look at what my doctor gave me!".

His brother, Luigi , was in the middle of washing the dishes when his brother came by. He turned to face his brother and responded with a simple "Okay Mario."
