If you haven't already, give it a 👍 as this shows more people are affected by the issue. This helps developers prioritise the issue. Equally if it's still happening in 1.4.4rc potentially worth commenting that it is still happening, to save a dev checking when they get to the issue.

In the fill & strokes menu, you can change how the line endings look. Another option could be to have the lines join on a straight, rather than the corner.

If you've got elements that need to remain the same throughout your #Inkscape design, consider "cloning" them rather than duplicating them. When the original object is modified, all its clones are as well, making it easy to keep elements consistent. inkscape-manuals.readthedocs.io/en/latest/cl...
